Tutor Doctor Greenwich is seeking enthusiastic face-to-face tutors for one-on-one sessions with students in Greenwich, Lewisham, Charlton, Blackheath, and surrounding areas.

Due to our continued growth, we are now looking for Tutors in all core subjects to join us.

Tutor - The Role:

Each student is different and we are actively looking to diversify our tutor base to reflect our varied client base which includes students with different SEN and SEMH.

While we always like to hear from the brightest and most academic tutors, we also highly value tutors who excel at being able to effectively engage and support all our student's emotional as well as their academic needs.

Please note, you will be self employed

Tutor - Key Responsibilities:

- To deliver bespoke tutoring on a one-to-one basis to students in their own home, libraries, or schools

- Plan sessions accordingly and prepare material for session work and homework

- Complete timely session reports using internal CRM system

- Teach a range of subjects, including primary, GCSE, A-Level, and 11+/Common Entrance prep

- Flexible hours, local assignments

Tutor - You:

- Previous tutoring experience preferred, but not essential

- Degree level or final year of studies

- Passion for working with students of all ages and academic needs

- Willingness to travel to South East London for face to face tutoring (please note no travel expenses will be paid)

- DBS certificate required (we can organise this for you)

- Applicants with experience working with SEND or SEMH welcomed

- You must have good written, spoken communication and be able to speak English fluently

- You must be eligible to work in the UK as you will self employed

- Must complete own tax return
