- Manage the end-to-end production of executive reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Technology SMEs to gather report content and align with strategic priorities.
- Act as a quality control gatekeeper, reviewing content and ensuring reports meet executive standards.
- Develop key narratives for executive reports on topics such as AI technology risk, operational resiliency, and recovery plans.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business.
- Oversee the work of two junior analysts, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality output.
- Manage reporting schedules and deadlines, ensuring all submissions meet governance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and enhanced data insights.
- Experience in producing reports for senior stakeholders and executive committees.
- Proficient in handling large datasets and extracting key insights using tools like PowerBI, Python, SQL, and Excel macros.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams simultaneously.
- Understanding of technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and financial services software.
- Awareness of financial services business models and key industry trends.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Skilled in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
- Capable of streamlining reporting processes through automation and advanced tooling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Up to £110,000 basic salary
