Are you a seasoned Technical Analyst with a knack for navigating the complexities of risk management and regulatory compliance? If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Analysis & Solution Design: Transform business needs into actionable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Documentation & Reporting: Craft detailed technical specifications, system configurations, and process flow documents to promote clarity and collaboration.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage closely with Business Analysts, IT teams, and senior stakeholders (including MD-level leaders) to define technical requirements and ensure smooth solution delivery.
• System Implementation & Testing: Aid in the design, implementation, and validation of IT systems, ensuring they meet stringent business and regulatory standards.
• Ongoing Support & Troubleshooting: Provide essential support for system performance and issue resolution to maintain smooth operations across teams.

Required Experience & Expertise:

• Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical analysis, ideally within the financial services sector, particularly in fixed income markets.

Technical Skills:

• Certifications (Preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or other relevant certifications.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills-able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative environment, engaging stakeholders across different regions.
