Front End Web Developer (Vanilla JavaScript) London / WFH to £52k

Do you have strong Vanilla JavaScript skills? You could be progressing your career, taking ownership of Front End Web development for a growing company that owns a number of fashion brands and retail businesses that is expanding its UK presence.

As a Front End Web Developer you will manage the company's portfolio of websites, developing high quality code using Vanilla JavaScript to ensure modularity, reusability and scalability. You'll collaborate with UI/UX Designers to build dynamic front end web applications, designing and architecting front end applications to ensure they are optimised for performance and maintainability, and liaise with the wider technology team to ensure successful project delivery.

Your role will also encompass working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, you'll receive full training on this and will also be encouraged and supported to develop your skills in other technologies.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid work from home policy, with two days a week in the London office.

About you:

  • You have strong Vanilla JavaScript skills, including OOP
  • You have experience of building complex web applications in JavaScript that require scalability and are optimised for performance and availability
  • You are keen to take ownership whilst learning and developing your skills, happy to pick up Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • You are collaborative with great communication skills
