If so, this is the role for you.BENEFITS: Attractive salary plus bonuses, pension, private healthcare, flexible working (hybrid, 3 days in the office in London or Woking, 2 days WFH), amazing opportunities for career progression plus much more.About the Role:You’ll be an experienced TypeScript Developer, who has a deep understanding of front-end development using TypeScript and React, who can contribute effectively to a wider development team while taking ownership of key projects.As a TypeScript Developer in this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining key features for a real-time web UI, using TypeScript and React. Working closely with the team, you’ll help implement new features, ensure the smooth operation of the existing system, and focus on optimising performance for both usability and efficiency. You’ll also be responsible for creating automated tests to support agile development and contributing to the ongoing improvement of CI tooling. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with end-users and support staff to understand their requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs.Required Skills:
  • 5 years commercial experience, with JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Experience with JavaScript Frameworks either, React, Angular, or Vue
  • Experience with real-time web UI development
  • Familiarity with .NET Core back-end development
  • Hands-on experience with version control (Git), issue tracking (Jira), and CI tools (TeamCity or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and experience working closely with end-users
  • A strong academic background in a mathematical, scientific, or technical discipline
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with Webpack, SignalR, RxJS, or Google.Protobuf
  • An eye for design and usability, though graphic design skills are not required
