**Role Overview**
As a Senior PHP Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the platform. Collaborating with a dynamic team of developers, designers, and product managers, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the platform's development. Your expertise in PHP with Livewire will be crucial in creating efficient, scalable, and visually appealing solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code using PHP with Laravel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining code standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth and seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increased traffic and user demands.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of professional PHP Development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Laravel framework.
- Strong experience with Livewire and, ideally, Alpine.js
- Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development processes.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Based in the UK and available to work during UK business hours.
