We are seeking a skilled Service Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centred design principles and have a proven track record in creating effective service experiences. This role is crucial as we aim to improve the way our services are delivered to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of services that meet user needs while aligning with organisational goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform service improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers, and researchers, to deliver high-quality service designs.
- Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and other design artefacts to communicate service concepts clearly.
- Continuously iterate on service designs based on user feedback and changing requirements.
GDS Assessment:
- Demonstrated experience in preparing services for Government Digital Service (GDS) assessments.
- Ability to ensure compliance with GDS standards and guidelines, contributing to the successful delivery of services.
