Position Summary:
As a Venue Technician, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of events by providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of audio and visual equipment. You will work in prestigious venues across the UK and collaborate with a talented team to deliver high-quality audiovisual experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and break down audio and visual equipment for events of varying sizes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE
- Provide excellent customer service and exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with event planners and other team members to deliver successful events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the audiovisual or event industry (preferred)
- Strong technical skills and understanding of audio and visual equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
