?? Responsibilities:

As a Logistics and Operations Admin, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to customers and internal sales organisation. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Creating client proposals, including new customer set up and pricing details.
  • Generating and reviewing purchase orders accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinating with vendors and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Assisting with project management tasks, such as spec checks and punch ID/resolution.
  • Serving as a communication hub between various cross-functional teams.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate communication with internal and external customers.

?? Essential Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Previous customer service work experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

?? Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Familiarity with interior design industry.
  • Experience in managing logistics and operations in a similar role.
