They are looking for an experienced Administrator who has experience within shipping, export or logistics to join their UK office.
Duties:
- Supporting the shipping team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Being responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
- Creating shipment invoices and packing lists and approving freight invoices.
- Managing shipping inbox for imports, creating instructions to carriers, and updating records.
- Being the first point of contact for queries relating to shipping or status enquiries.
- Signing off freight invoices from suppliers.
- Administrative experience in shipping and logistics desirable but not essential
Skills:
- Previous experience within a simiar role is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Good extension to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team worker
- Strong IT skills
