Art Technician - Immediate Start | Full-Time | Secondary School | Southwark

A well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Southwark is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Art Technician to join their team immediately. This is a full-time, long-term position, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of a creative and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support art teachers in preparing and organising materials and equipment for lessons.

  • Set up and maintain tools, resources, and workspaces for practical art sessions.

  • Ensure the safe storage and use of art materials, including paints, tools, and chemicals.

  • Assist students with technical aspects of their work during lessons.

  • Help maintain an orderly, inspiring, and well-stocked art room.

  • Support the display and exhibition of student artwork throughout the school.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in art and creativity.
