We are looking for an experienced EmployabilityTutorto join our team and support individuals within the London area. In this role, you will be delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to help build confidence, enhance digital and employability skills, and support learners as they work towards their goal of entering the world of work.

Requirements:
- 6+ months experiencein an employability setting or similar
- Up-to-dateSafeguarding training(desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to complete anEnhanced DBS check
- Experience indelivering employability skills(vocational skills experience in areas such as employability, digital skills, sector specific delivery is a plus)
- Ability to support individuals further from the job market and those with mental health challenges
- Passion for inspiring and motivating learners to achieve their goals
Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and deliver1:1 tailored lessonsfor learners with varying abilities and complex needs
- Engage learners inlife skills and employability skillsto support their journey into work experience placements
- Monitor and assess progress, providing appropriate feedback to ensure learners are meeting milestones
- Work closely with theemployer engagement teamto ensure effective learning and progression
- Maintain records of learnersprogress and developmentin line with company and awarding body standards
- Act as apastoral tutor, providing guidance, advice, and support where necessary
- EnsureEquality and Diversityprinciples are instilled both in and out of the classroom
- Safeguard learnersby identifying and raising any safeguarding concerns promptly
