Functional English and Maths Tutor - Adult Education Program

Role Overview: As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will deliver engaging and supportive sessions in English and Maths to adults of all backgrounds and abilities. Our aim is to empower learners to achieve qualifications that enhance their career prospects and improve confidence in practical, real-world situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality English and Maths sessions tailored to adult learners' needs
  • Provide one-to-one and group support, focusing on skills needed for everyday life and employment
  • Assess learners' progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the program's quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in English and Maths (Level 3 or above)
