We are seeking a Sessional Lecturer to teach the Level 3 Award in the Installation of Small Scale Solar Photovoltaic Systems at a prestigious college in Wandsworth. This role requires a professional who can develop and deliver high-quality, learner-focused education to meet contractual requirements and standards.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and deliver educational content for the Level 3 Award in the Installation of Small Scale Solar Photovoltaic Systems.
- Ensure that teaching methods and materials meet the needs and capabilities of the students.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and development of the students.
- Provide timely feedback to students on their learning outcomes.
- Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Adhere to college policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with academic and statutory requirements.
- A full teaching qualification.
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures, and the Environment).
- Proven experience in teaching electrotechnical systems and equipment.
- Ability to gain, hold, and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Competitive hourly rate of £40+.
