Sports Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Sports Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis asap. The role involves supporting students across Levels 1 to 3 BTEC Sport courses.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide guidance and support to students in completing their BTEC Sport coursework.
- Assess students' coursework and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards are met.
- Work closely with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons that effectively meet the curriculum requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide additional support where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in teaching BTEC Sport courses.
- Previous experience assessing internal BTEC assessments in Sport is essential.
- Strong understanding of the BTEC Sport curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
