Role Overview:

They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Community Manager to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere within the co-working space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring that members have everything they need to succeed. The Community Manager will be the face of the co-working space, responsible for member satisfaction, event coordination, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:Community Engagement & Member Support:
  • Act as the first point of contact for members, providing excellent customer service and support.

  • Foster a sense of community by building strong relationships with members and encouraging collaboration.

  • Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

  • Facilitate networking opportunities and connections between members.

Events & Programming:
  • Plan, promote, and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions.

  • Partner with local businesses, speakers, and professionals to bring value-added programming.

  • Gather feedback from members to tailor events and activities to their needs.

Operations & Facility Management:
  • Ensure the space is well-maintained, welcoming, and fully operational.

  • Manage office supplies, meeting room bookings, and facility logistics.

  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain a high standard of service.

  • Enforce co-working space policies and guidelines to maintain a professional environment.

Marketing & Membership Growth:
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including social media, newsletters, and content creation.

  • Conduct tours and introduce prospective members to the space and its benefits.

  • Support member acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, customer service, or a related role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to organize and execute events effectively.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Familiarity with social media, marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Passion for creating a supportive and engaging community.
