My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented HR Employment Policy Lead on a Contract basis.

The role identifies, designs, and delivers innovative employment policies and guidance ensuring successful implementation and integration.

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • The role is key in building and enhancing the workforce capacity and ability by ensuring that leaders, managers, and employees are aware of and continually develop their understanding of their responsibilities in the employment relationship.
  • Develop policies that empower managers to easily understand and apply the policies and practice in a constantly evolving work landscape in formats that are accessible to everyone.
  • Understanding of leading-edge (digital) people management policy approaches, an up-to-date knowledge of emerging employment law issues and deep professional insight.
  • This plays a crucial role in supporting the execution and delivery of the organisational strategy and underlying people strategies to include the people plan.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Local government experience is highly desired.
  • Up to date Employment Law knowledge is essential.
  • Significant experience in the design and development of HR Policies, ideally Employment.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £400 per day, inside IR35
