As a Membership Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening our relationships with members and fostering engagement initiatives that support both our objectives and the needs of our community.

?? As a Membership Engagement Officer, you will:

  • Develop and implement member engagement strategies to increase involvement and satisfaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for member enquiries, offering support and information as needed.
  • Organise and coordinate events, including webinars, workshops, and annual conferences.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure members receive timely and relevant updates on regulatory changes and initiatives.
