Payroll & Benefits Manager (EMEA/APAC/US) Location: London / hybridSalary: £90,000 - £120,000pa + bonus  A well known FS business are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to manage their payroll operations on a fixed term basis.The successful candidate must have US payroll experience in a financial services and/or wealth management business.   Responsibilities:
  • Management and delivery of UK/EMEA/APAC/US payrolls for c 250 employees using multiple vendors.
  • Managing bonus payments, benefits administration
  • Dealing with international assignees.
  • Creating new country payrolls across EMEA & APAC.
  • Owning annual compensation round. 
  • Reviewing US benefits offering.
Requirements:
  • Deep experience managing global payrolls across EMEA/APAC/US.
  • Financial services/wealth management services current business.
  • Demonstrable project experience streamlining vendors.
