People Coordinator - Homelessness Charity - £33,900 - South East LondonThis is an exciting opportunity for a People Coordinator to join a leading charity providing specialist services across London. Reporting into a People Business Partner you will be responsible for providing a high quality People service. Your responsibilities will include:-
- Advising and supporting employees and managers in People matters which includes, recruitment and people policies
- Managing and processing the monthly payroll information and liaising with an external agency
- Collaborating with managers to promote HR best practice
- Providing timely and accurate information, reports, and analysis
- Working on a range of People initiatives and projects
You should be an experienced People Coordinator with a strong HR administration skill set combined with a good knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Experience of working with HRIS systems and excellent communication skills are essential. Ideally you will have worked within the charity and not for profit sectors and have an empathy or understanding of homelessness.
