Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Stratford, London

Hours: Full time -35hrs per week - Hybrid (1 day a week office based)

Salary: £16.25 p/h

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator for a London based company on a temp to contract basis. To deliver a high quality, customer focused recruitment and appointment service, supporting the Human Resources team and wider business to ensure prompt delivery of expected company objectives and targets.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be expected to effectively recruit meeting the business needs following the process from start to finish.
  • Leading and supporting the Recruitment Advisors and Lead Recruitment Advisors as well as people managers and employees.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking, and industry-specific events to enhance employer branding.
  • Placing relevant job adverts to source and fill requirements promptly.
  • Building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally from prospective candidates to stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensuring business compliance.
  • Maintaining and managing the usage of the ATS system and act as main point of contact for any queries.

Knowledge & Skills required:

  • Ability to demonstrate delivery of customer focused recruitment/administrative coordination service in a complex, multi-disciplined commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to partner people managers, building effective and sustainable relationships across diverse management teams.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of professional team
  • Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Strong organisational, analytical and presentational skills
  • Highly computer literate with a good proven competency in MS Office. Able to use business systems to competent level
  • Certificate in HR Practice or equivalent relevant experience is desirable
