Document Production Specialist

Top City law firm seeks a Document Production Specialist on an initial 12-month fixed term contract – this is a fully remote working position.

  • Salary to £40,000
  • Fully Remote (Monday to Friday)
  • 8am to 4pm

Document Production Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe, create, rebrand, format and amend emails, correspondence, attendance and meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives and mail merges
  • Prepare electronic engrossments, to include all ancillary documentation and diagrams
  • Create, format and amend marketing documentation
  • Create, format, hyperlink and edit Excel spreadsheets, pivot charts, graphs and data formulas
  • Prepare comparisons of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents
  • Ensure documents are formatted in the Firm’s branding and house style

Document Production Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Document Production experience gained from a recognised law firm
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using BigHand
  • Knowledge of the capabilities of Adobe Pro
