Document Production Specialist
Top City law firm seeks a Document Production Specialist on an initial 12-month fixed term contract – this is a fully remote working position.
- Salary to £40,000
- Fully Remote (Monday to Friday)
- 8am to 4pm
Document Production Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe, create, rebrand, format and amend emails, correspondence, attendance and meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives and mail merges
- Prepare electronic engrossments, to include all ancillary documentation and diagrams
- Create, format and amend marketing documentation
- Create, format, hyperlink and edit Excel spreadsheets, pivot charts, graphs and data formulas
- Prepare comparisons of Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents
- Ensure documents are formatted in the Firm’s branding and house style
Document Production Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Document Production experience gained from a recognised law firm
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of using BigHand
- Knowledge of the capabilities of Adobe Pro
