Required: Professional IT Technical Author with current & valid SC Clearance
Global company requires a professional IT Technical Author to work on a UK Government project - hence the need for someone who holds current SC Clearance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Transfer content from Technical Design document to new Design document template
- Work with various document section owners (cross functional) to rationalise the content in the new document so it's concise, specific and accurate and ensure that each section owner has approved their part of the new document
- Ensure a structured approach is taken, such that the activity is completed within a 6 week period
- Escalate to the Contract Services Director any threats as they arise to the agreed plan
- Provide a weekly progress report (Sections completed, remaining sections to complete) to the Contract Services Director
- Good all-round IT Knowledge (Hardware, SOftware, Networking, etc)
100% remote role - work from anywhere in the UK (only). Short term contract role, 6 weeks only...
