I am working with a regulatory body in London who are looking for a Website Content Administrator to assist with the migration of their website

You must be based in London, UK. Candidates outside of London will not be considered for this role.

Role Details:

  • Day rate: £150 - £200 per day (depending on experience)
  • Start date: 17 October 2024 (provisional, subject to confirmation)
  • Duration: Approximately 3 weeks (ending around 8 November 2024)
  • Work pattern: 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday), based in our London office

Responsibilities:

  • Uploading content to the back-end of the organisation's new website via a Content Management System (CMS)
  • Copying and pasting text, documents, and other content from source files into the CMS
  • Sourcing and transferring images from an existing media library and ensuring they are appropriately placed on web pages
  • Following a predefined content structure and adhering to specific formatting guidelines
  • Assisting with basic content updates and revisions based on feedback
  • Collaborating with the project team and receiving guidance from the project lead
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, maintaining high-quality standards for published content
