Website Manager

Join a leading network of accountancy firms with a presence in 150 countries. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Website Manager to develop and manage our global website, reflecting our dynamic brand and professional services network.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and implement strategies for the ongoing improvement and management of the website.
- Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics, producing regular KPI reports.
- Enhance organic SEO through strategic content production.
- Collaborate with the Marcomms team and external agencies on digital asset and content creation.
- Design and build landing pages using our CMS platform to support various online initiatives.
- Monitor online enquiries and feedback, streamlining contact processes.
- Manage day-to-day operations of member firm websites, coordinating content updates and amendments.
- Stay updated with emerging internet technologies and undertake necessary training to enhance skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in website management.
- Proficiency in using Umbraco or similar CMS platforms.
- Skilled in using reporting platforms like GA / GA4, GTM.
- Strong understanding of SEO and its impact on organic traffic.
- Experience in managing third-party suppliers and communicating technical requirements to development teams.
- Proven track record of launching initiatives that improve performance and exceed KPIs.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Background in design or a solid understanding of design principles.
