We are seeking a Contract Test Manager to join the Test and Validation department in Belfast. This is a new role where you will be fully on-site, working with the client. The ideal candidate will have extensive testing experience and familiarity with SuccessFactors, UAT, Jira, and Xray Test Management tools..
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Mandatory: Proficiency with SuccessFactors.
- At least 5 years of testing experience.
- Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proficient in using Jira and Xray Test Management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the testing process, including planning, scheduling, and executing tests.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Monitor and report on test execution and quality metrics.
- Manage issues and risks associated with the testing process.
- Ensure compliance with internal testing standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine testing strategies and improve testing effectiveness
