Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and screening candidates, adding them to our database
- Conducting reference checks
- Managing the recruitment database
- Advertising job roles on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Social media, etc
- Attending job fairs
- Conducting site visits with new and existing clients

The Ideal Candidate:

- Experience managing a labour and trades desk is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Familiar with managing job boards and marketing through platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
