This role offers the opportunity to be part of a great friendly team but also to work on your own accord to plan site visits for the off site team throughout the working week.
Role duties:
- Plan and coordinate work schedules, optimising routes for safe and timely maintenance programs
- Monitor and manage driver schedules in real-time, making adjustments to maintain service levels.
- Liaise closely with drivers, safety teams, and customer service to communicate any route changes or updates.
- Addresstransportissues such as delays, breakdowns, or safety concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communication.
- Previous experience in atransportplanning role.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, especially regarding safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
