This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded finance professional to step into a broad, business-facing role in a private equity-backed group with a strong performance track record and ambitious growth plans.The Role

This is not a siloed reporting role. As Financial Controller, you'll be responsible for leading a small finance team, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and a smooth month-end process. You'll also oversee transactional finance and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.What sets this opportunity apart is the emphasis on commercial finance and business partnering. You'll work closely with operational leaders to provide clear financial insight, help shape decisions, and drive performance. This includes translating financial data into actionable commentary and supporting teams in understanding their numbers and accountabilities.The role will also offer involvement in systems and process improvements, as well as supporting financial planning at group level.
