Role: Treasury Management Officer
Type: Interim - Part Time - 20 hours
Salary: Competitive Umbrella Day Rate
Fully Remote
Location: East Midlands
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Treasury Management Officer for our Local Authority client.
Key responsibilities for the Treasury Management Officer are;
- Managing the Treasury Management function
- Supporting the Finance Team Manager in approving the Treasury Management Strategy Statement
- Working with the appointed Treasury Advisors
- Developing and managing the cash flow forecast and balance sheet forecast
- Draft the Statement of Accounts in relation to the Treasury Management.
The Ideal candidate for the Treasury Management Officer will have;
- AAT qualified or Equivalent Qualification
- Public Sector Treasury experience
- Experience of Budget Monitoring
- Experience of Managing Cashflow and Treasury Management
- Experience of Finance ICT Systems and Software
- Knowledge of Finance Systems in Local Government
- Local Authority Accounting and Finance Experience.
