Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Business Development Executive - Roofing & Cladding Products will involve:
- Business Development Executive position selling a range of various roofing, cladding and building products, such as: roofing sheets, cladding, roof lights, metal roof flashings, decking, guttering, composite decking, composite fencing, steel purlins, roof screws and fixings
- Predominantly selling into builders merchants and roofing merchants
- Dealing with customer enquiries offering technical advice and solutions
- Responsible for proactively generating new business
- Raising quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
- Working in tandem with the Regional Account Manager to fulfil merchant requirements
- Building and developing strong business relations encouraging repeat custom
- Providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times
The ideal applicant will be Business Development Executive - Roofing & Cladding Products with:
- Must have B2B sales experience, proactive Account Management or Business Development experience would be advantageous
- Ideally will have a working knowledge of the construction industry
- Ideally will have experience selling roofing, cladding and building products, such as: roofing sheets, cladding, roof lights, metal roof flashings, decking, guttering, composite decking, composite fencing, steel purlins, roof screws and fixings, however not essential
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building qualities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, driven, hungry and ambitious
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
