Project Manager - New Build (£10-15M)

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package

Role & Responsibilities:

As the No.1 Project Manager, you will lead a new-build care home project valued between £10-15 million. Your responsibilities include:

Programme Management - Develop and manage the site programme from inception.

Work Sequencing - Plan and coordinate subcontractor activities.

Design Oversight - Review drawings, identify issues, and implement value engineering solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Management - Conduct site tours and progress meetings.

Team Coordination - Report to the Construction Director and oversee a Site Manager.

Budget & Timeline Control - Work closely with the commercial team to ensure project completion within scope

Requirements:

? Proven experience managing projects of similar value (£10-15M).
