Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent across various departments, including clinical, operational, technical, and support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, providing guidance on role requirements and developing recruitment plans.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and talent pools, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by managing the recruitment process effectively, from initial contact through to on-boarding.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance the employer brand.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and quality of hire, to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make improvements.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes, ensuring a broad and diverse candidate pool.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and candidate quality.

Profile

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
