Job Title: Technical Trainer 

Salary: Starting from £40,000

In this role you will:•    Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, covering a wide range of automotive technical subjects.•    Utilise a range of training methods to engage learners, ensuring that the content is accessible and adaptable to all learning styles and backgrounds.•    Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom and workshop environment, encouraging participation and collaboration among all delegates.•    Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, industry trends, and best practices, to continuously enhance the training curriculum.•    Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to delegates, developing them in their technical problem-solving abilities.•    Collaborate with the wider People Development team to assess the effectiveness of training programmes and implement improvements, based on feedback and performance evaluations.
