Customer Service Executive – Part-time, 3 days per week

Are you an experienced Customer Service/ Account Exec who is looking for their next role?
Working for a busy events services company who offer loyalty programmes and employee recognition schemes to their clients, similar to the high street loyalty cards that we typically see being promoted.
This role will suit someone who is highly motivated and has an eye for detail. You will be working closely with driving promotions and incentives for the events team:
Typical day to day duties will involve:
- Answering outbound & inbound calls.
- Managing the inbox
- Ensure appropriate & timely responses to clients
- Manage complaints, escalating to the appropriate team member as necessary
- Working to agreed budgets & processes to complete orders & reconcile accurately
- Following agreed formats & order management processes to maintain accurate orders
- Updating the company website
This role is a part-time role, 3 days per week – hours to suit you.
