Customer Service Representative

•    Job Type: Full-time•    Location: Beeston (Free Parking)•    Salary: £26/£28 KWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a friendly and outgoing personality to join our client's team based in Beeston. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and information on our diverse portfolio of luxury products. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Day to Day of the Role:•    Respond to customer enquiries, pricing requests, order/delivery information, and basic technical requests via telephone and email.•    Support internal sales staff and our trade stockist network with product training and advice.•    Process returns, refunds, and warranty claims efficiently while managing associated costs.•    Manage multiple team mailboxes and ensure accurate entry of quotations and sales orders for spare parts sales.•    Investigate and resolve invoice queries and work with delivery partners to resolve delivery issues.•    Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with the company’s offerings.Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Proven experience in an office-based customer service role.•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.•    A friendly, confident approach and a keenness to learn and develop product knowledge daily.•    Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided.•    Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.•    Flexibility and enthusiasm with the ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.•    PC literate and numerate, proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.•    A creative and adaptable problem-solver.
