You will be responsible for offering proactive solutions for any issues or concerns that the customer might face following a purchase.
Excellent customer service experience is a Must for this role, being empathetic and with great listening skills.
Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Time - 09:00 - 17:30
Main Duties :
- Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
- Understanding the customers requirements and taking appropriate actions to resolve
- Verify and update the customers information on a CRM system
- Proactively offer solutions to issues that the customers might face
- Escalate to 2nd line case management team where appropriate
- Ownership of the customer experience and follow through
- Working to a high degree of accuracy
Required Skills & Experience :
- Have an ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
- Be computer literate, preferably with knowledge of using the internet and email
- Possess the necessary listening and communication skills requiredto resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible and resilient
