Finance Analyst – M&A Integrations

Salary: Up to £40,000 + a fantastic benefits package.

Location: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid role based in Loughborough (only one day a week on-site!).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct Finance Due Diligence: Review data rooms and uncover potential risks during acquisitions.
• Manage Seamless Integrations: Facilitate smooth transitions, covering everything from insurance and VAT to treasury.
• Oversee Interim Reporting: Contribute to interim monthly reporting while migrating balance sheets into cutting-edge systems.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with M&A teams and legacy finance professionals to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Innovate and Improve: Always be on the lookout for ways to enhance processes, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

• Ideally, you’re a Part Qualified (PQ) candidate eager to learn and grow.
