About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and friendly Conveyancing Assistant for our client based in Loughborough. This part-time role offers flexible hours (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) between 9am and 4pm, perfect for those seeking a work-life balance. You will handle initial client enquiries, provide quotations, follow up on leads, and play a key role in converting them into business.

Key responsibilities of Conveyancing Assistant:

  • Liaising with clients in person and over the phone to gather information for quotations.
  • Sending out authorised quotations and following up within agreed timescales.
  • Converting as many quotations as possible and promoting our services effectively.
  • Allocating converted quotations to the Conveyancing team for further processing.
  • Updating the case management system daily to ensure accuracy.
  • Providing administrative support to the team when required.

Experience required for the Conveyancing Assistant:

  • Experience in a professional setting such as finance, banking, insurance, or a legal firm would be ideal but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent attention to detail.
