Contract Packers - LoughboroughOur client, a leading partner for contract packing services in the UK, is looking to expand their team with dedicated and motivated Contract Packers at their Loughborough location.Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM30-minute unpaid breakPay Rates:£12.26 per hourPaid holiday on your birthday after completing 12 weeks of continuous employmentExperience:Previous experience in a fast-paced packing environment is desirable, but not essential.No formal qualifications required.Skills:Good level of numeracy and literacyAbility to multitask and collaborate effectively with colleaguesCapability to manage staff and meet both individual and departmental targetsWillingness to assist the Contract Packing Supervisor when requiredMain Duties & Responsibilities:Liaise daily with the Contract Packing Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.Store products and packaging safely and efficiently within the designated area.Maintain continuous cooperation with staff to optimize performance and foster a positive working atmosphere.Monitor the quality of packed products and ensure consistent output.
