The company have a great reputation and can offer extensive training to the right motivational candidate and develop them into a fully qualified Health and Safety Coordinator allowing them to progress through the business.

Within the role you will develop health and safety plans, introduce new policies and regularly evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to ensure adherence to legislation. You will monitor compliance to current policies within the manufacturing environment and conduct training and presentations on health and safety issues including accident prevention.
