Full-Time Teaching Assistants - Leicestershire

Location: Various schools across Leicestershire

Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: 90 - 100 per day (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school. Whether you've supported children with SEN, worked in classroom settings, or assisted with general teaching duties, we are looking for individuals who have hands-on experience in a school environment.

Ideally, you will hold a Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3) or have relevant experience that can demonstrate your ability to support teaching and learning effectively. A passion for education, enthusiasm, and the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, your role will vary depending on the needs of the school, but generally, you will be expected to:

Support individual students or small groups with their learning

Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation of resources

Help to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Provide additional support to children with special educational needs (SEN)

Supervise and support children during break times and other activities

Monitor student progress and report any concerns to the class teacher
