I am searching for a creative and talented Senior Architect with excellent technical abilities to join an experienced team in Leicestershire. The inventive team provide services across the residential and commercial sectors and always ensure their designs are sustainable. The team consistently exceed client expectations and tailor their approach to each client and project.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and should be confident managing teams and liaising with clients. You will enjoy working through all RIBA stages and should be proficient using Revit and AutoCAD.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- Significant experience working as an ARB registered Architect
- Managing projects throughout all stages
- Monitoring budgets and resources
- Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
- Brilliant communication skills
- Excellent design and technical detailing abilities
- Revit and AutoCAD knowledge is beneficial
