The Company

An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s specialist manufacturers, supplying the construction and wider markets, this is a growing and supportive organisation. The Company have recently undergone an investment program in its Loughborough. They are looking to recruit an experienced, maintenance manager in to their engineering team, once again due to increased growth in their market share.

  • Apprentice Trained Engineer
  • Experience of Medium to Heavy Manufacturing
  • Understanding of PPM Systems, with Supervisory Skills

The Role

The ideal candidate will come from an engineering supervisory/management background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with ideally an electrical bias but have some multi-skilled engineering knowledge and have medium to heavy manufacturing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day running of the engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies. If you have worked on PPM systems, together with a commitment to Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards, it would be advantageous. Also, able and willing to be a key part ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety, whilst driving continuous improvement initiatives on site. This is a challenging role, with career development and the potential of a more senior role within this secure group.
