My client is a volume residential developer who have a good reputation. They are looking for an experienced "no1" Site Manager to finish of a scheme in Leicestershire, with a view to transferring to another scheme once this is complete.
Details of the role are as follows:
- There are 17 plots left to build out and 20 CML's to complete between now and completion next year.
- There is extensive Customer Care responsibilities with this scheme so the ideal candidate will have experience of this.
- The project has been well run and has no tough targets to achieve.
- Eventually you will decamp the compound
- This role requires someone who can take ownership and responsibility - this isn't a baby sitting role
- A permanent offer of employment is available for the right person
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certs are required - there is also an assistant on the scheme.
- 270 per day CIS
- Immediate start - ideally Monday 24th June but there is flexibility
