Are you a Site Manager or similar with a background in Wastewater/Civil Engineering looking for an exciting long-term, role within a company that offers stability and a company bonus? Are you looking to further your career through lots of training and progression?

The day-to-day responsibilities include managing the site, interpreting construction drawings, ensuring accurate setting out, and influencing project progress to meet deadlines. Working on pumping stations, shafts and other water infrastructure, you will be develop effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while ensuring that quality, environmental, and health & safety standards are met.

This role would suit a Site Manager or similar with a background in wastewater and civil engineering looking for the exciting oppertunity with a company that can offer great training, a company bonus and the opportunity to progress.

The Role:

  • Manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Oversee teams, interpret construction drawings, and ensure accurate setting out.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
