Role 1:
This role is requiring an established Production Manager to join a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer who are in a phase of growth in volume and team size. The role is Mon-Fri 6-2pm with flexibility required.
The role will demand a strong Production Manager who has a proactive nature and can work on their own initiative. You will need to be able to work cross functionally, self motivated, hold strong values and ethics, willing to go over and above to deliver excellence.
Role 2:
This role is a Production Manager to join an established food manufacturer on a Mon-Fri days shift, there will be flexibility required to over lap with the Shift Managers running on a 24/7 operation.
You will be responsible for leading the Production team (up to 100 reports), induction, training, development plans, investigations, disciplinaries, performance management and ensuring food safety, quality and hygiene standards are upheld.
