RECfinancial are currently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for this fabulous Loughborough Leicestershire based organisation to compliment their current Accounts team.
This Accounts Administrators role has come about due to a long serving member of the team retiring. Our client has very little staff turnover which they pride themselves on.
The role reports into a passionate and caring Financial Controller that we have had the pleasure of working with previously.
Situated within the Accounts team, your role of Accounts Administrator will involve the following;
- Sales ledger
- Producing statement of accounts
- Maintaining clients accounts
- Account reconciliation
- Client liaison for queries
- Relationship building
- Preform debt / credit control
- Prepare reports for outstanding debt
- Accounts payable to help with cover
- Matching. batching and coding
- Help with month end tasks
- Ad hoc duties
