As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Working with agile methodologies to develop and enhance software solutions, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into high-quality, scalable software products. Day-to-day, you will:? • Gather requirements from the Product manager and other Stakeholders and own the conversion of the requirements into stories and supporting documents. • Clearly identify and describe product backlog items to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the products and engineering team. • Creation of release documentation, user manuals and training videos • Act as the representative of the Product Manager and with sufficient understanding of the market, the customer and the operation of the business to make sound, informed decisions. Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Agile (Scrum, Kanban) expertise in a digital/software product development environment • Solid ability to identify and refine User Stories that follow INVEST principles • Experience working with a range of stakeholders and technical teams across the business • Experience creating documentation to communicate detailed requirements to development teamsWhat are we all about??
